We collect information you provide when signing up and using EZClaw: email address, name, payment details (processed by Polar for web and RevenueCat for iOS), and configuration data for your AI agents (integrations, channel settings, skills).
We also collect usage data such as IP address, device type, and logs to operate and improve our service.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve EZClaw; process payments; communicate with you; and comply with legal obligations.
Your agent configuration and channel data (Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, Discord, etc.) are used solely to run your AI agents and are isolated per account.
3. Data storage and security
We store your data on secure servers. Passwords and API keys are encrypted. Each user's instance and data are isolated.
When you cancel your subscription, we delete your data within 36 hours.
4. Third-party services
We use third-party services for authentication (Google, GitHub, Apple, Resend), payments (Polar, RevenueCat), and infrastructure. These providers have their own privacy policies.
When you connect integrations (Notion, Gmail, Slack, etc.), we access only the data necessary to run your agents. We do not sell your data.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data through your account settings. You may export your data or request deletion by contacting us at privacy@ezclaw.dev.
If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to object and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to improve our service. You can configure cookie preferences in your browser.
