1. Agreement
By using EZClaw ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
EZClaw Inc. ("we", "us") provides an AI agent platform that automates tasks across integrations such as Notion, Gmail, Slack, Jira, and communication channels including Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, and Slack.
2. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
You must provide accurate information when signing up. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for fraudulent or abusive use.
3. Use of the Service
You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy rights
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
You are responsible for the content and actions of your AI agents. We may remove agents or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually). Web subscriptions are processed through Polar; iOS subscriptions through RevenueCat and the App Store.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price increase constitutes acceptance.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the Service, including software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of your data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing and validating agent actions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
